EXPERTS WORKS is a private, for-profit community-based organization dedicated to empowering District, Ward 7 & Ward 8 residents with barriers to employment. Our mission is to provide comprehensive job readiness training, short-term subsidized work experience, and job placement services to help individuals achieve permanent, unsubsidized gainful employment and improve their overall quality of life.

Our training programs are developed in collaboration with industry experts, ensuring that the content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with the latest industry standards. Further, our staff are CPM certified, have a Bachelors in Business Management, certified Child Development Associate(CDA), and have significant experience in private, public, and government sectors.

Our training programs are designed to meet the evolving demands of various industries. From skill development to specialized certifications, we offer tailored training solutions that enhance the capabilities of individuals and contribute to overall workforce advancement for adults, seniors, youth, and young adults.
